MMA looks good as long as it is performed by trained professionals. Unfortunately, the rising street fights and locker room brawls portray otherwise. Things often get gruesome when the fine line between professionalism and ravaging pumps of adrenaline is breached. 

A recently uploaded video on Twitter reflected on the same line as a fight escalated in what seemed to be a men’s locker room. Let’s quickly have a run-through of the mayhem as things get ugly. 

Man knocked cold as temper runs wild in MMA-style face-off

The 20-second clip opens with a couple of men grappling each other. Initially, the man wearing red trousers seemed to have the upper hand as he dominated the fight. However, that stamp of authority was short-lived as the tables were turned upside down in a matter of seconds.

The second guy in a black tee and blue jeans swiftly countered and in one go, took his attacker down. The takedown looked straight out of MMA and the impact it had on the man wearing red was devastating. 

Although unclear, it seemed as if the man had hit the concrete head first and laid unmoved. The t-shirt and jeans guy seemed furious as he continued punching him on the head. Understanding the severity of the situation, other members of what seemed to be a basketball team, stepped forward and separated the two. As frightening as the knockout looked, we hope that the man regained consciousness shortly and is doing fine. 

UFC-style punches landed for trash-talking

A similar incident happened a few days back inside a high school locker room. A heated argument between two boys took a sudden serious turn. One of the guys started trash-talking and immediately things got out of control.

Both the boys fought violently resulting in chaos inside the room. While others stood awestruck at the situation, one of the two guys resorted to his hidden skills. He slammed the other boy against the lockers and brutally punched him. 

The scene inside the locker room seemed like an unauthorized UFC match as different UFC-style moves were on display. The fight escalated to an unprecedented level as they slammed each other against the ground.

Although it seems that no one suffered from a serious injury in this fight, such fights often take a serious turn.
