VIDEO: Driver Turns Streets into GTA Racing Arena, Evades Police by Wrecking All in His Path, Ultimately Captured

A dramatic car chase between the police and a potential criminal always makes for great viewing and entertainment. There are pop-culture references and movies that taken the theatre of a car chase to unparalleled level and driven the craze for car chases.

Today’s viral video clip showed just another crazy and maddening instance of a car chase and the extent that people are willing to go to in order to escape the law.

GTA in real life

The video was shared on the page ‘uncensored’ and even the caption of the post showed just how bizarre and surprising the entire car chase was. The entire video was an aerial view of the intense car chase as the reporters kept giving their two cents on the escalating situation. The video started with the driver entering into a busy and blocked highway, with a massive line up of cars, one behind the other.

He made his way from the exit on the right and forced his way through the tiny gaps between the cars lined up on the highway. The police car could not barge through and the driver kept moving ahead, because this was real life and not GTA, unfortunately for them. He smashed and damaged several cars in the process and even left the reporter completely surprised with his actions. He kept driving ahead and found his way to the fast track lane, after which he went full throttle.

Multiple cars try to come in his way and stop him from fleeing but he smashed them harder and moved ahead. About a minute and half into the video, the car loses its front tire and sparks begin to fly. The driver still not ready to give up, pressed the accelerator and sped across the empty roads. Unable to control the vehicle anymore, he struggled to keep it on the road and eventually had to stop, as the car stopped moving completely and sparks flew about uncontrollably.

The chase ends with the car stopped in the middle of the road and multiple police vehicles waiting behind it, a scene right out of a GTA game.
