However, there are a few occasions where they cross the line as well. Many times, they try to get too close to their favorite player or team. However, seeing a rugby tackle in a soccer match is very rare.

A recent video has gathered a lot of attention after a fan gets rugby tackled. In a match between Cardiff and Swansea City, a fan tried to enter the field. The steward takes him out with a rugby style tackle.

The Steward Came Out of Nowhere

Cardiff City scored their second goal, and the players went crazy. All the players ran towards the fans to celebrate. This is where a man in a white shirt tries to enter the field of play. The steward on the left watches this and runs towards the man.

He takes out the fan with a rugby style tackle and pins him to the floor. It seems he has an NFL background. The timing of his run is also perfect. Fans online enjoyed the whole moment. Although the full house stadium focused on the match, the steward focused on his job. It’s tough to keep yourself focused in such an environment. However, no athlete got injured and also the fan looks okay.
