He gave away the ball just outside his penalty box. Chris Mertens won the ball, and Casemiro fouled him, resulting in a penalty. Casemiro then received his second yellow card, resulting in a red card. Mauro Icardi stepped up to take the penalty and missed it. However, Icardi won the match for his team in the 81st minute after he scored a goal, and the scoreline read 3-2.
