Heather has shed light on the never-ending struggles that teenagers have to go through daily. Bullying has been a leading factor causing immense pressure among teenagers. They are bombarded with sensitive topics revolving around their intelligence and appearance that have a detrimental impact on their mental health.

She focused on the importance of collective efforts stating, “There are so many difficult things going on in the world at the moment, but we can all do something, however small, to make things a bit better.”

Through this adventurous feat, apart from raising awareness about mental health, Heather is fixated on her aim to raise funds in an attempt to make a positive difference in the lives of young people. The funds in turn will be helping two organizations, firstly STAY where the fund will be administered in support of young female workers. The second organization to which the fundraised amount will be directed to a volunteer-run group, Mad Millenials which supports mental health well-being among youths through peer support groups, one-to-one sessions, and other initiatives.
