It’s Thanksgiving season and the Dallas Cowboys are going to make it better. We are headed towards the most festive season of the year and from the looks of it, this is going to be a season we are going to remember and reminisce about for quite some time. Speaking of enjoying the holidays, the Cowboys are having a great time with 4 wins this season. But that’s not the only thing their fans will be celebrating.

What we have here is a generational talent, a woman with decades of glamor and glory behind her, and yet if you ask her, she’ll tell you she isn’t even close to being done. She holds the record for the most number-one hits by a female country artist- 25. That’s not all. She also has the most Top 10 country albums on the Billboard Top 10 Country Albums chart.

So who is coming to the Dallas Cowboys game on Thanksgiving?

And on November 23, when the Cowboys take on the Washington Commanders at the Dallas AT&T Stadium, with 80,000 fans screaming their hearts out, they won’t just be screaming for their team. They will also be cheering on the one, the only, the Queen of Nashville, Tennessee, Dolly Parton. But what is this legend going to do there?

Well, Parton is going to be rocking the Red Kettle Kickoff show. She made the announcement on Instagram and people have been losing their minds since! But why is Parton going to do the kickoff show? Well, it’s for a good reason.

The country legend will be part of the opening act for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Kickoff, a fundraising campaign. So it’s only fitting that it features one of the great philanthropists of our time. Parton herself announced the event with a video of herself in blue, silver, and white- the colors of the Dallas Cowboys.

In the video, you can also see two cheerleaders gluing jewels to the performance playbook, a football, and a Cowboys jersey with Parton’s name on it.

Fans lose their collective minds over Parton’s appearance

Since Cowboys’ cheerleader Claire Wolfhord posted a picture of herself with Parton, fans have not stopped commenting on it. And honestly, they just seem envious. And who wouldn’t be? It’s Dolly Parton, on Thanksgiving. You’ll have family, wine, turkey, and Dolly freaking Parton. Of course, there’s a football game out there as well.

The Cowboys will look to continue with their recent run of form. And hopefully for the sake of the occasion they can. Imagine how anti-climactic it would be if, after all that fanfare and pageantry, they just lose. That would be such a bummer.

Regardless, people are really excited and it shows. “There’s some screaming going on over here! “ Well, she isn’t wrong. 9/10 people would agree. “There’s literally no bigger slay than this.” It’s true. There’s literally no bigger slay, unless… actually no, there’s no bigger slay than this. This must make people so jealous.

“Icon behavior .can’t believe y’all got to be in the presence of the QUEEN!!!” Some people even started chanting the virtues of Ms. Parton. “Dolly is America’s fairy godmother! I love her so much always have always will.” While some others are concerned about ticket prices now that the Queen will be joining the party. “Ticket prices are about to skyrocket.” Mostly though, people simply can’t contain their excitement. “I knew it!!!! Ahhhhhh I’m so excited to see the queen perform with the DCC goddesses.”  “America’s Treasure @dollyparton & America’s Team together?! God Bless America 🇺🇸.” God bless America, indeed.
