Caught-on-Tape Brawl Involving Rival NFL Fans Erupts at In-N-Out Burger, Leaving 2 Stabbed

The unsettling incident, partially captured on video, showcased a clash between supporters of the San Francisco 49ers and the Las Vegas Raiders, resulting in a violent confrontation that left two individuals stabbed.

An all-out war among rival NFL Supporters

The fast food establishment in Santa Clara became the backdrop for the altercation. The footage obtained from KTVU revealed a group of three men engaged in a heated confrontation. Among them, a man wearing a San Francisco 49ers jersey and another sporting a Las Vegas Raiders jersey targeted an individual. He appears without a shirt, subjecting him to a flurry of blows on the restaurant floor. Amid the chaos, the jersey-less man seemed to employ a sharp object. This was his assault on the shirtless individual, while a woman nearby urged them to stop the violence.

Around ten individuals became embroiled in the altercation. It ended up leading to two people sustaining “multiple stab wounds” by approximately 11:15 p.m. This is confirmed by the Santa Clara police. The wounded individuals were promptly transported to a medical facility, although the extent of their injuries remains undisclosed.

In the aftermath of the altercation, several individuals were apprehended, while the suspected perpetrator behind the stabbing remains at large, prompting ongoing investigations.

Additional video footage from the scene depicted individuals donning either 49ers or Raiders attire engaging in intense altercations.

The teams behind the fighting reasons

Onlookers, including restaurant staff and patrons, observed the scene unfold in shock, with evidence of blood visible on parts of the restaurant floor.

The NFL-based brawl unfolded shortly after the 49ers’ final preseason game. It is against the Los Angeles Chargers, held at Levi’s Stadium. A mere couple of miles from the In-N-Out Burger establishment. Earlier in the summer, the Raiders and 49ers had also faced each other in a match.

Regrettably, this incident was not an isolated one. Just the previous week, 49ers fans had attracted national attention due to their involvement in another violent occurrence. During San Francisco’s preseason game against the Denver Broncos, a fight erupted among spectators in the stands, casting a negative light on fan behaviour.
