VIDEO: Drawing Inspiration from the MMA Octagon, Two Men Elevate a Street Brawl to a New Level

In an abrupt collison between adrenaline and impulsivity, two men gave rise to a raw symphony of street chaos. A short clip has gone viral over the internet as the men displayed aggression at its peak. Even though the video has been for a notably brief span, it allows viewers to delve into the details of the intense impromptu clash.

 The reason behind the altercation remains ambiguous but the video prompts the reflection of a MMA-inspired showdown. However, since it takes place beyond the MMA octagon, there also prevails some stark differences.   

MMA fight transpires on the street

Althrough out the 19-seconds short video, the unpredictability that charecterizes street fights reign supreme. In the clip, a man is seen clad in shorts being attacked by another man, as they both engage in a physical tussle. There comes a moment when the fight takes escalation and in the heat of the moment the attacker pins the other man down on the ground.

However, following this he did not restrict himself as he continued landing punches and kicks until the man laid their unconscious turning a pavement into an MMA octagon. In octagon, within a structured space the MMA fighters are allowed to engae in unscripted combat within defined boundaries. But in case of street-side brawl, due to lack of proper invigilation and lack of discipline, display of aggression crosses all limits. As a result of this, with no rules and regulations, the attacks and often takes a fatal turn.

Even though, the fighters might have drawn inspiration from watching MMA spectacles, they have never been exposed to the environment that requires notable training and strategic precision. Hence, due to the lack of professionalism, in many cases the street fighters fail to deal with the consequences that transpires from these fights. The uncoordinated exchange that street fight witnesses make the fighters vulnerable to sustain fatal injuries.
