Sensing that there is a great opportunity to set up a platform for budding enthusiasts of the sport, Simon O’Brien and Paul Sutherland of England have initiated the Meltdown Fighting Championship.

It is a showcase event run by the duo with the help of Showtechs promotions. They wish to establish a tiered development structure for amateur MMA fighters and give them a platform to showcase and test their skills. The fights take place in Bristol inside a 24ft pro-MMA Cage, accompanied by a completely professional event set up.
