Jean-Claude Van Damme and Steven Seagal are two of the most iconic Hollywood actors. Both the icons made a name for themselves in action. However, in a recent candid interview, Van-Damme made some serious claims about Steven Seagal.
Van Damme and Seagal have famously not gone along since 1990. The whole feud started after Seagal commented on Van-Damme’s martial arts skills. Since then, there has been a rift between the two. The star spoke his heart out regarding his famous feud with Seagal. Both the actors never worked together again.

The actor remembers the time when film producer Peter Guber tried filming a fight scene between the two. Everyone was excited about the entire idea. However, the fight never happened between the stars. Van Damme also remembers the plan to organize the fight at The Mirage in Las Vegas. The fight had prizes worth $20 million for each of them. However, Seagal declined the opportunity.

Fandomwire, shared some statements of Van-Damme regarding his famous feud.
“If him and I fight, I run faster than him – much faster. I would run away. He’s going to try to catch me, he’s going to get out of shape. I come back and fight. Do you like the technique?”

Seagal also had some issues with Sylvester Stallone as well. According to certain reports, he was offered a role in the movie Expendables. However, he decided not to join the movie because of the same reason. Eventually, Van Damme joined the movie along with Stallone. Van Damme was the part of Expendables 2 and played the bad guy in the film.

Hollywood fans will want to see both these giants work together. Fights between actors are a common thing in Hollywood. Also, superstars like these are always trying to compete against each other. However, it will be interesting to see if these two legends ever work together again in the future. Previously, also there have been projects where they declined working with each other.
