The victim is Kaden Forke. At mere 14 years of age, tragically died on a Monday evening. The heart-wrenching incident took place on the waters of Lake Austin. This is where Kaden was involved in a devastating boat collision.

Austin-Travis County EMS, in a series of updates on Twitter (now referred to as X), conveyed the distressing news. During the incident, one passenger had gone missing after the boat “ran aground.” Their mission transitioned from rescue to recovery mode around 7 p.m. local time on Sunday, marking a profoundly poignant moment.

The gravity of the situation further escalated with the revelation that multiple passengers suffered injuries. This was classified as a “Level-5” mass casualty incident. Of particular concern, at least two individuals on the boat endured “serious injuries,” adding to the distressing nature of the accident.

After the tragic turn of events, Kaden Forke’s lifeless body was eventually discovered. A short distance away from the crash site, near the vicinity of Commons Ford Ranch Metropolitan Park. FOX affiliate KTBC provided these distressing details.
