The 5’10”, 177-pound junior receiver for Lutheran North High School has not just stretched the field but also marked his excellence in the Class 4 District 3 final. Thanks to his staggering gameplay, Bass even racked up 249 receiving yards on five catches, four of which ended in crucial touchdowns.

Trey’s exceptional performance propelled the Crusaders to a resounding 54-14 victory over Brentwood-Clayton, securing their first district title since 2020. With 44 catches this season totaling 958 yards and an impressive 19 touchdowns, the junior football team member has cemented himself as a standout player. Seemingly, the football enthusiast was seen grabbing a broomstick as he humbly swept across the locker room floor. A quote from Offensive Coordinator Coach Kyle Wegner merged within the image, echoing the sentiment, “Imagine having 260 yards and 4 TDs in the district championship and then having the humility to sweep the locker room. The way you do anything is the way you do everything.”
