Kai Cenat is a streamer, famous for his comic content on Twitch and YouTube, and has a following of over 100,000 subscribers on twitch. The famous internet personality organized a giveaway for the console and people flocked the location in massive numbers. Local journalist Brian Krassenstein uploaded a video on X showing just how chaotic and dangerous the entire gathering was.

The video showed two men, dressed in black, punching each other in an act of rage, as the massive mob of people watch on. What started off as a scuffle between just two men instantly developed into a full-fledged mob fight. The violent atmosphere in the park fueled the anger of the mob further and the video showed multiple men beating someone with a stick like object.

The NYPD anticipated that there were at least a couple of thousand people present at the Union Square Park. They had to deploy one of their largest rescue batches with over a thousand police officers asked to respond to the situation.
