Amid the picturesque setting of Independence Mall, a group of dirt bike riders clashed with the driver of a 2016 Cadillac along Chestnut Street. Tempers flared, leading the Cadillac driver to resort to extreme measures.

In the heart of history, shots rang out, and 29-year-old Angel Luis Rios fell victim to the dispute. The Cadillac driver then opened fire, fatally wounding Rios. Medical professionals at a nearby hospital pronounced him dead on arrival.

In an unexpected turn, one of the dirt bike riders also retaliated, firing back and injuring the Cadillac driver’s arm.
