A 17-year-old teenager has suffered a harrowing fate in a crash at Muswellbrook. The fatal crash has reportedly claimed the life of the teenage boy, and his female companion, with serious injuries, is being given prompt medical attention. This horrific incident took place after the teenage boy seemingly lost control of his Yamaha dirt bike near the Thompson St intersection.
Reports suggest that the model of the bike was YZ250. After clashing with a median-strip guard rail, it tumbled over badly. This sudden stop in motion caused both the passengers of the bike to be flung away in the air and then onto the road, which ultimately proved to be fatal.
