Daring Cliffside Rescue Comes to Forefront as Climber Trapped for 12 Hours in Utah Crack was Miraculously Saved

Hiking goes wrong as man spends nightmarish hours on the forlorn front

The Generic Crack Climbing route of the Indian Creek is one of the most visited spots for hiking. Hikers gather in large numbers frequently and climb atop to enjoy the serene tranquility of nature. Similarly, a man from Utah thought of cleansing his mind by spending quality time with Mother Nature.

Little did he know that his adventure would turn into a nightmare soon. As the man began the ascend with his troop, everything looked normal. However, tragedy struck as the man slipped on a rock and plummeted downwards. Although the safety rope prevented him from falling, the man found himself stranded in between the cracks of a rock. According to the reports from San Juan County Search and Rescue, the incident took place at around 8 p.m. on Friday. 

The other team members were perplexed and did not have a clue how to approach the situation. They tried their level best to free the man from the rocks, but to no avail. As time passed, the situation became more and more tense. To aid in the speedy rescue, the Grand County Search and Rescue were informed. This move acted like a boon as the expert officials managed to free the man from the crack after twelve hours. After an initial medical checkup, the man was declared fit with no major injuries. The only injuries he had were minor cuts and bruises. 

Helicopter miraculously rescued teen hiker who left her cell phone at home

A few weeks ago, another teen hiker was saved from the lap of Oahu in Hawaii as the young girl was stranded there alone. She went out all alone to spend some time amid nature, but things suddenly took a dramatic turn as her adventurous journey soon turned into a perilous one.

The young girl left behind her cell phone back at her home and embarked on a solo journey to enjoy the lush green world. The gadget without which today’s generation can’t function, the young girl completely forgot to carry it with her. But as she went into the wilderness and did not reach home within the speculated time, her family began to panic. His father immediately reached out to the Hawaii firefighters’ rescue team for help.

After about an hour of searching, she was miraculously rescued from a ridge near Nanakuli where she was found waving her hand and gesturing for help. The rescue team immediately dropped a rescuer from the helicopter and saved the young adventurous soul.
