12-Year-Old Child Loses Life in Accident While Cycling to School

A 12-year-old schoolboy met with a horrific accident on Wednesday morning. According to the reports, the boy lost his life in the accident. However, the local paramedics and the firefighters tried their best to save the boy. But even after their effort, the boy lost his life.

The police are also investigating the matter and looking into the details. They responded to the matter in the morning around 8.30 a.m. The accident happened after the boy collided with a recycling truck. The entire community is mourning the loss of the boy.

Unfortunate Incident for the Boy

It’s never a good feeling to lose a close one in the family. However, in this case, the loss is something unimaginable. The entire community is sharing their condolences with the family members. According to the reports, heavy rain fell over the area on Wednesday, leading to a horrific accident. The driver of the truck is cooperating with the police officials and remained at the scene.

The accident took place in a residential area. However, the real reason for the crash is still unknown. The authorities are working hard to find it. The police officials have urged the local people to step up and help in the investigation. They are now asking for dash camera footage or surveillance video from the area.  Vancouverisawesone, shared some statements from Cheryl Scharwz, the deputy superintendent.

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to the student’s family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time,” says Schwarz.

The child was a Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows School District Student. Staff members of the school looked stunned after hearing the news. They are focussing on ensuring that council support is available to the students. The news affected many of them and they need some support.

Rise in the Number of Accidents

In, recent times there has been a massive increase in road accidents. The administration should look into it and take the required steps. It is important to ensure that the people are safe on the road. A separate lane should be in place for junior school-going boys. The parents should also make sure that their child is safe on the road.
