The Jumbo-Visma team grabbed their fifth stage of the week and 57th of the season, but it was this wholesome interaction between a young fan and fellow teammate Jos van Emden that caught the eyes of netizens.
The Dutch professional tossed his water bottle during the middle of a race and a young fan picked up in excitement, sending the entire internet into a spiral of happy emotions.

The joy and ecstasy on the boy’s face was a great sight to behold. Emden threw the sipper, and the boy stared at it for a second, before picking it up and going into silence from happiness. The boy silently exclaimed and could not believe his luck.
The Jumbo-Visma team seems to be on a successful streak, with American cyclist Sepp Kuss securing the title at the Spanish Vuelta. After an entire decade, Sepp Kuss was the first American to win a Grand Tour race since Chris Horner’s victory, way back in 2013.
