Such a comment was drawn out of Lappartient?s mouth due to Thibau Nys? pulling out of the World Cup. While he did appear for the Superprestige race in Niel, but decided to skip the Dendermonde on Sunday. He cited his birthday as the reason for his unavailability, which might have possibly infuriated the UCI President.?
