One name has recently emerged from the bustling crowd to become one of the loudest voices within cycling: Chris Miller. An amateur cyclist hailing from the sunny streets of Sydney, Chris has quickly become a name that’s turning heads and spinning wheels on a global stage.

Before the world knew him as a cycling influencer, Chris Miller’s life took a rather conventional path. After returning to Australia with his wife, the desire to start a race team led him to create a YouTube channel. He primarily focused on providing insight into their racing endeavors. This marked the inception of the ‘Nero Show,’ along with his partner, Jesse Coyle.

The unique aspect of the ‘Nero Show’ is its departure from the norm of analytical and scientific cycling media. Miller and Coyle trust their instincts, indulging in open, honest opinions. They aim to shift the cycling conversation away from the obsession with marginal gains to something more fun. Curiously, this created a niche that resonates with an ever-expanding audience.

Interestingly, he didn’t like cycling when he was young. “I grew up playing cricket and rugby, club sports. Never touched a bike – probably shouted at people in lycra, didn’t even know what they were doing”. His journey into cycling began with commuting on a bike and gradually transitioning into competitive cycling, eventually leaving his cricket days behind.
