Mounting their bikes while adding a splash of red and white to the jolly streets, this epic venture left locals in Cork City in sheer amusement.
But guess how many Santas were seen cycling together? Remarkably, on December 3, hundreds of riders, wearing bicolored costumes mesmerized onlookers in a lengthy tour, pedaling through the city’s arteries. This, however, was not an isolated occurrence, with multiple separate events leaving a happy trail in different corners of the globe. Such a culmination of innocent saddle trips!
Santas’ cycling escapade leaves streets in delight

In Cork, this cycling program was organized over a 7 km route, with every rider donning the Santa costume as they dropped jaws along their way. Additionally, it was also a gleeful reminder of the Christmas festivities knocking on the door, but the cyclists had an even bigger motive in mind.
With celebrations taking the form of a fun ride, this event hoped to gain funds for the Cork Arc House. Brightening the evening at Goldberg’s, organizers of this cycling endeavor urged its participants to make their vehicles as colorful and jolly as possible. Setting up the stage for a merry ride days before wishing each other ‘Merry Christmas’, this idea soared in appreciation, but gladly, was not a sole happening.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee played host to the 9th annual Santa Cycle Rampage, echoing similar glee in cycling events. With a massive 12-mile loop attracting over 1,500 riders, all adorned in Santa attire, the popular extravaganza was nothing short of impressive.
Pre-Christmas riding events mirror each other’s glory
While being renowned as the world’s largest holiday-themed bike ride for charity, the travel-with-saddle program also united cyclists in raising funds for the Wisconsin Bike Federation. Admirably, this astounding fervor was not just about cycling; it was a vibrant move, fostering a more bike-friendly Wisconsin for future generations.

And as if in symphony, the locals of Eau Claire also welcomed their own Santa rampage on December 2, co-hosted by Volume One and CORBA. With over a hundred costume-clad riders transforming the downtown streets into a heartwarming display of Christmas spirit, they were seen cycling along the UW-Eau Claire campus.
Subsequently, the Vice President of CORBA, Jon Olstadt, highlighted the camaraderie and its joyous atmosphere, emphasizing their role in fostering community connections.
