Team events are a crucial part of every sporting event. Be it the Olympics or any other event, they always reserve the last day for team events. Team events are a show of team spirit and coordination. All the members of the team have to be in complete sync with each other. One minor mistake can ruin the entire event. A complete mismatch of coordination happened at the Super League Triathlon event in Toulouse. A recent video uploaded on Twitter shows a horrific cycle accident between Nicole Van Der Kaay and Alice Betto.
Nicole Van Der Kaay is a triathlete from New Zealand, whereas Alice Betto is her fellow competitor from Italy. Although both are from different countries, they are Scorpion Team Mates. The crash looks like a complete misfortune of events. Luckily, Van Der Kaay did not get injured heavily and walked off unharmed after the crash.
