Admiring the hard work and the dedication that the young cheerleaders have displayed to reach this milestone, the director of MKCA, Miki Garratt falls short of words in praising the efforts and athletic prowess of the final contestants. In addition to this, the athletes have found a way of engaging in a sport they love while representing their country.
Garratt shared her admiration for the effort the young athletes have put up in an interview with MKFM, “The standard was exceptionally high with over 350 athletes trying out for spots on the national teams, only the best of the best made it through. I can’t wait to see them hit the floor in April 2024 at the ICU World Championships.”
