Not only that, a large number of cheer teams find it difficult to earn proper recognition as their routines are not considered ‘real sports.’ However, amidst all these challenges, the boys featured in today’s videos have emerged as heroes, who stood up for their female counterparts. Cheerleading act from boys’ group sends a strong societal message

The 19-second short YouTube clip has taken the entire social world by storm. In the video, we witness a group of boys performing cheerleading stunts in front of an almost full-house arena. The boys are seen wearing several outfits during the course of the video. In the opening seconds, the group performs what looks like a human pyramid, wearing tank tops and shorts. Although the shorts were of the traditional black color, the choice of their tank’s colors was interesting. The group chose to wear pink, which is considered being a typical ‘girly’ color. Thus sending a strong message against gender discrimination. 

Next up, we catch the radiant boys in action, wearing red and black outfits while donning Santa hats. Finally, in the most heartwarming segment of the video, we catch the boys wearing pink skirts, directly attributing to the fact that every gender deserves an equal amount of respect and recognition. This feat stood out all the more as the group performed the entire routine in front of their female mates. The girls were seen enjoying the shenanigans from the sidelines and cheering loudly for the boys.

The video has been shared by a channel ‘MaxPreps’ with 2.09 million subscribers. The video has received more than 180k views in less than 24 hours at the time of writing this article.
