VIDEO: Police Officer Dominates in Impromptu Boxing Face-off Leaving Onlookers in Awe

How often do we witness people brave enough to take on a police officer in a hand-to-hand combat challenge? That too, in public? Well, today’s video is reminiscent of the fact that such people do exist, although the outcome might have been a little dampening for the man. While the duo squared off on the streets, onlookers were seen recording the entire proceeding with utmost excitement.

They also cheered periodically for both men, while clearly, the policeman had the upper hand for the majority of the face-off. As the man struggled to find his footing, let’s do a blow-by-blow analysis of the intense showdown

Policeman reigns supreme in street boxing face-off

The video was uploaded by Fights n’ Stuff on Twitter. In the one-minute and six-second video, we see a couple of men, one of them being a policeman, getting ready for a boxing fight. While the police personnel were clad in his iconic uniform, his opponent sported a white tank top with a pair of knee-length pants. He completed his look with a blue cap.

As the bout began, both men started slow, trying to measure and get a hang of their opponents. However, after a short while, the policeman charged forward as the man backpedaled rigorously. Unfortunately, this was the sight for the entirety of the fight as the policeman landed some brutal jabs on the man’s face and midsection.

Looking visibly fatigued, the man survived one last flurry of punches before both men decided to call quits on the rampage. As the fight subsided, the onlookers came forward to congratulate both men for their sportsmanship while the video drew to a close.

The video became an instant hit with the online community as it garnered a lot of attention. The netizens on Twitter shared their thoughts in the comment section.

The street showdown was a spectacle of iconic skills. It left not only the onlookers but also the viewers on the edge of their seats. One of the users found the video very “entertaining.”

One Twitter user further added that the police were very encouraging and showed a great sportsmanship spirit in the boxing match.

The policeman showed great technique including swift footwork to evade the punches the man threw at him. His constant swaying of the head reflected his training and skills in combat sports. No wonder, the officer ended up triumphant while the man struggled the entire time.
