In a shocking turn of events, a Florida Police Officer got arrested after engaging in illegal bike racing. They captured the entire incident through a body camera. A law enforcement official accused the victim of participating in illegal racing. According to the sources, the arrest was initiated when one of the duty officers stopped the bikes. He used his lights to pull over the bikes to the side. Only one rider responded to the call and the other rider fled away from the scene. After the interrogation, they found that the rider was Deputy Brian Espinal.
A body cam then captured the entire incident while Espinal was being questioned. The officer on duty asked him to remove the keys from the bike. It was during this time that Espinal mentioned that he is a Deputy Officer. Police Officials are still looking for the other rider who fled away from the scene.
Reckless driving and over speeding

According to the reports of the police officer, Espinal was driving at a speed which was nearly double than the speed limit. Espinal refused to the agree to the claim and did gave justification regarding the incident.
An arresting officer can be heard saying, “At this time, I’m placing you under arrest for street racing, all right.”

The deputy in question, identified as Deputy Brian Espinal, immediately protested, “I wasn’t racing.”
In his protest, Espinal made it clear that he does not over speed and was a very careful driver. He also mentioned that the bike is very new and would not risk it by over speeding. The other police officers present their did not agree to the explanation and found Espinal guilty. Road Racing is a common practice where racers from different parts of the world come and take part. The entire incident is captured by a video camera, which will make the investigation process easy.

This incident proves that no one is bigger than the law. Police officers don’t getting arrested for over speeding generally. After this incident, even officials who work for the police department will stay careful. Whether the accused gets any penalty or he gets away with it, will be decided in the court of law. As long as police officials do their job without any fear and without any judgement, such illegal acts will not take place in the society.
