A viral video showcased a rare feat of a child channeling his inner Michael Jordan to perform one of the craziest dunks ever! As the kid snatched the ball and began his run, little did the crowd realize that it would lead to such a legendary moment.

Young hoopster dunks in style

The video was uploaded by an account named ‘House of Highlights.’ In the clip, the scene opens with several children playing a basketball game in what looks like the backdrop of a proper basketball court. As per the video’s caption, it was an occasion where a birthday party was being celebrated. Amidst all the crowd, a couple of boys could be spotted distinctively. 

One of them was wearing a white half-sleeve t-shirt with blue track pants. The other one sported a grey half-sleeve graphic printed t-shirt along with a pair of black shorts. Initially, the one wearing the blue tracks looked to be in control as he had the ball in hand. However, as he attempted to push forward, a challenge was made. In came the boy with the grey T-shirt. After successfully snatching the ball from his opponent, the young boy looked to break free from the defenders as they approached him in large numbers. 

The boy showed impeccable, nimble footedness to get past his opponents. The boy did not look back once he had space to play with. He darted with full force and entered the circle, from where he further advanced and leaped to complete a photo-finish dunk. The boy held on to the ring for a while to make the move even more stylish, emulating the NBA professionals. 

Such a display of might was bound to get the fans talking, and surely it did. 

Fans admired the spectacular play

The Instagram post captioned, “Moments like this last a lifetime”, received more than 7 million views and 295k likes. The video titled, “THEY WILL REMEMBER THIS BIRTHDAY PARTY FOREVER”, was shared by more than 65k users. Fans reacted to the video in the comment section.

One of the users humorously commented that the little kid “Travelled all over the world”. Surely, the long sprint he took was indeed remarkable. 

The basketball game was taking place on a trampoline and many users did not notice it at first. One of the users referring to the same wrote, “I ain’t realize it was a trampoline at first”.

“Oh that was PERSONAL😂”, wrote another fan, referring to the fact that such a performance might probably dent the confidence of other players.
