Size doesn’t matter. I’m sure we’ve all heard this saying in various contexts – much to our relief sometimes, eh? But while fighting, things are different. The 14-second clip sees a specialized boxer take on a fitness coach in the ring. While the fitness coach presumably has a dedicated work rate and a very high endurance for cardiovascular activities, he begins the bout as an underdog and pretty much continues in that position for the rest of the fight. While the boxer might not possess the same attributes as his opponent, he’s specialized in striking and causing the most damage with the least amount of effort.

He finally gets put down by another strong one-two combination. The punches land him flat on his back, out cold.

Importance of Composure in Defense

Even though his opponent was bigger than him, the boxer never showed a single sign of weakness or fear. He remained calm and stuck to his game plan very religiously. Despite the initial aggression, the boxer remained in control. He either dodged or absorbed any hits that came his way and then waited for the opportune moment to strike.
