Mental health has been taken as a serious problem now. Many athletes have been suffering through this and have been working hard to overcome it. Venus Williams has taken up a great initiative to support people around the world.
The 41-year-old tennis star has partnered up with the WTA and Better Help organization to help people in suffering. These times are tough for everybody. This initiative will help the people to freely take the right kind of treatment they require.

Venus shared a post on Instagram announcing her partnership with WTA and Better Help with the caption “Show up for yourself, on and off the court. The challenge of taking care of our mental health through the ups and downs of life is something that all of us can relate to. Now more than ever, we need to create an accepting and open environment to reach out for help.”

Venus Williams provides a generous contribution
Venus has provided $2,00,000 to provide mental therapy for people in need. They offer free treatment for the first month for all the patients. This can help the people who are suffering from mental health issues but are not able to afford it.7-time grand slam winner Venus has been a phenomenal person as the world knows it. However, her work off the court is equally commendable. This is not the first time she has taken the initiative to help the fans. She has earned the respect of the tennis community as well as the citizens of the world.
