Steam is taking you along to one of the biggest virtual gaming festivals every year. And you can not possibly think of any reason to miss this exclusive opportunity. Valve has promised that its week-long event “Play What’s Next” will be an event like never before.
“Play What’s Next” will be a week-long interactive event on Steam. The event will comprise over 500 game demos that developers will eventually release on various platforms. But for now, Steam Game Festival will let you download, play and interact with developers and pass on any feedback they may have.
It’ll enable gamers to get a firsthand experience of the games from genres that interest them. It will also allow devs to get reviews, allowing them to polish them for the final release.

Steam, although, has not mentioned what will happen to the games after the event is over. Most probably, the games will be inaccessible after the week since they are yet to be officially released. Or the demos will simply remain in Steam Store in case people want to play them beyond the event.
