Valorant has come to be one of the best eSports FPS titles out there right now. The tactical FPS title from Riot Games is well on its way to build a global competitive ecosystem, much like Riot’s MMORPG title League of Legends. Riot itself is really optimistic about the future of this title.

Valorant features the amalgamation of MMORPG gameplay elements with those of tactical FPS titles, which makes it a successor to titles like Overwatch. However, at the same time, the title features an impressive balance among the abilities of the agents as well as the arsenal available in the game.

Almost in every update patch, devs at Riot shake things up by adding nerfs and buffs to both the abilities and the weapons available in the game. This keeps the gameplay meta from gaining saturation and helps in maintaining balanced gameplay.

As a result, the agents that the player community usually favour change from time to time. With changes in the powers of the agents, players have to keep altering their preferences.

Recently, Ali “Myth” Kabbani posted his own version of a “hero tier list”. The pro Valorant player from the roster of TSM has ranked the agents in the game in a manner that he felt accurate.

Myth’s Valorant hero tier places Jett and Omen at the top while Yoru kisses the carpet

Myth’s version of the hero tier ended up causing most of his fans to disagree with him. This is ironic since Myth posted the tweet with the caption “I’m not wrong.. you are“.

He has placed Killjoy, Phoenix, Omen, Jett, and Sova in the topmost tier. The mixed bag shows that he is not favouring any particular class.

However, it is interesting to see him put Jett at the apex. Jett used to be the most preferred choice for a lot of pros, but slowly, mainly after the Operator nerf and the Judge nerf, the agent went out of preference. However, she still stands to be a highly effective fragger: precise and deadly.

But many among Myth’s fans do not agree with him, as is evident from the comment thread on his tweet.

What is further interesting is Myth’s opinions about Yoru. As for Viper, let’s face it, she is never usually anyone’s first choice (which is probably why she’s toxic).

Yoru is a comparatively new addition to the roster of dualists in Valorant. Although he is a fragger, Yoru’s abilities make him an effective lurker. His abilities make him perfect for sneaking up behind the enemy.

However, many players seem to have a hard time using this agent effectively. Some have said that they could not put his abilities to good use.

On the other hand, there were others who believe Viper is better than Yoru.
