For the past few months, legendary Twitch streamer Shroud has dominated the Valorant streaming scene. The Canadian content creator has made a name for himself in the FPS genre while playing various titles like CS:GO, PUBG and many more. However, in the recent months, he has taken the world of Valorant by storm with his insane plays and commentary during tournaments as well.
Recently, he has developed a liking for the Phantom weapon in the game. His usual primary weapon was always the Vandal. However, he has found a disdain for it after some horrible performances while using it. Even then, it seems like he might be returning to use that weapon again in some matches.

Shroud announces his return to using the Vandal again in Valorant
Recently, Shroud watched the VCT NA Stage 3: Challengers Playoff match between XSET vs Envy. During the match, he saw the prowess of the Phantom in the game, and he explained how the weapon can help create some plays compared to the Vandal. However, it seems like he doesn’t care about it that much because he revealed that the Vandal is in his good books again.
“I’m back on the Vandal, by the way. Back on it. I don’t know what it is. But I’m f****** back on it.”
Over the past few weeks, Shroud has made some horrible mistakes while using the Vandal. This has caused him to move away from using it, and join the Phantom side. He even acknowledged here that the weapon ‘sucks’. However, it seems like he will still use it to play Valorant competitively and casually.
“It sucks. The Vandal sucks. But I don’t know.”
