The Valorant rage keeps growing ever so huge ever since Riot Games released the closed beta a few days back. Even though it’s still in the beta version, gaming organization 100 Thieves has decided to hold an invitational tournament for the game. This is not very surprising, given how much the gamers have loved playing it.
100 Thieves were quick to make their move and organize an invitational event for the new game. The event will feature some of the biggest content creators in the gaming industry along with a squad of their choosing.

As you can see above, the event starts on April 14, which is only hours away now. The excitement is already building up as 100 Thieves announce the participating squads one by one.
As for the squads who are already confirmed to participate, we are in for a treat. The event has announced five squads already and they are superb ones at that.
Valorant invitational event teams
The first team will be captained by none other than former professional CS: GO player and current streamer, Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek. Shroud’s team will include his good friend Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham, Braxton “brax” Pierce, Keven “AZKcs” Larivière and Spencer “Hiko” Martin. Now that is one kick-ass team.

100 thieves have also announced a second team to join Shroud and his squad. Timothy “TimtheTatman” Betar and his squad are ready to go as well.
His team will include the likes of Erik “fl0m” Flom and Jake “poach” Brumleve.
