The distillery in a recent announcement reported that it will work together with the 3-time Olympic gold medalist to spread awareness on the global warming situation in the West.

The West being the home for both the parties, will act as a drive to make “Protect the West” a centre and pressing issue. The initiative further aims to preserve the West and its lands, to conserve its natural habitat and present the land in its glory to generations to come.

High West told the PR News Wire that its decision to join hands with Shaun White was because he was known as the ‘Trailblazer’ in his field. However, the matching ambitions between the two don’t end there. The company believes itself to be adventurous and in sync with White’s passion. The shared appreciation that both parties have for the bounties the land has to offer creates a flawless partnership.

Shaun White’s gratification towards his Ground Zero

The West Coast has served as the foundation of Shaun White’s ambitions. The three-time Olympic gold medalist discovered his burgeoning interest while he was a 9-year-old in California. Now, tracing his steps back home, Shaun has agreed to voice the initiative. He will also be committing $1 million for 3 years.

“I was lucky enough to grow up exploring this incredible place, learning to snowboard, skateboard, and even mountain bike here, and it’s so important to me that people have the same opportunity I once had.” Shaun told the PR News Wire. It’s pretty cool to be able to team up with not just my favorite whiskey, but one that shares my same passion for preserving the West.”

The agreement terms between the two, however, leave a distilling impression after learning the sufferings incurred by Shawn. The purchase of a mansion made by Shaun in 2016, made its heavy bearing known in the pandemic. The mansion listed to be sold at $12.75 million saw a fall due to the escalating case of COVID. The final price drop costed the snowboarding star $2 million lesser than the purchasing price.
