There’s a unique reason why Chad Muska is so popular. His transformation from having nothing to everything is what real success looks like. Muska is also the most hyped skateboarder of all time, which led him through Hollywood. He also has expertise in high fashion and the international art scene.

In an interview from 2017 with Vice TV, Chad Muska’s journey from being homeless to a pro skater has impacted his life a lot. The transition in his life from nothing to everything taught him a lot of lessons. All these ups and downs in his life also affected his finances.

Really needed a financial manager

The popularity caught Chad Muska’s attention in no time. He spent all the money he received, like raindrops falling from clouds. Later, he did regret not being responsible with his money.

“From being a kid that never had any money like nothing just having that money was like so insane to me. In the real world’s terms I wasn’t I’ve never been really rich like there’s rich and then there’s like hoodrich but people in skateboarding don’t educate you on money and how it works,” Muska said. As he was homeless, he never had any money then, and the sudden wave of wealth did catch him off guard. Chad never knew how money worked, which made him irresponsible with his finances.

“I was making a lot of money but I was spending it just as fast. You know yeah I wanted to go get a nice car I want I wanted to flaunt these things at that time and it was kind of part of a bit public persona and a bit of my own fulfillment I guess I was chasing that materialism fulfillment at that time and that was just the start of it,” Muska added. He was spending all the money he was earning. He was running after materialistic things, ignoring the fact that they wouldn’t last forever. The ignorance of his finances is the thing he still regrets.

Chad Muska, in his prime, was a completely different person than he is now. The way he was a party animal scared a lot of his friends. All his spending went into lavish things, and he enjoyed every single bit of it.

When he first came to LA, he didn’t know anybody. It was a whole new world for Muska. It was a whole new world of possibilities that gave him a lot of confidence. He was shocked that the new world he entered accepted him so quickly. He was living in a dream, as he had nothing before. Chad never imagined that his life would turn this way.
