After the all-star break, the Vancouver Canucks are back in action. As they prepare to play the New Jersey Devils next, the Canucks have been seen at practice. Rick Tocchet, the team’s new head coach, was also observed on the ice, where he was encouraging his players and providing direction as they strived to reach the Stanley Cup playoffs. On the other hand, defender Quinn Hughes and forward JT Miller got into contact, which temporarily halted the practice.
A video of J. T. Miller getting dropped by Quinn Hughes during Canucks practice was posted on YouTube. Miller seems to be rather enraged by the fall, as he skates up to Hughes and pushes him during practice. Fans have varying views of the lack of footage showing what else transpired.

While some fans say it is just the Canucks having fun on the ice, others stand up for Miller because Hughes shows such disrespect to his teammate.
This fan gives his opinion as he thinks this push was intentional by Hughes, saying, “We all know that’s an intentional dive. At least they’re having fun out there.”
It looks like this fan got misled by the video’s title as they say, “Damn I got too excited when I saw ‘Canucks’ and ‘Drops JT Miller’ in the title .”
Another fan is just not happy with the team, saying, “I don’t know how they can be happy. The guy who was a jerk won and they lost their captain as a result.”
This fan wants Miller to get better, saying, “JT went down too easily …. come on guy, have a strong core. work out !!! Even when he tried to give shit to Hughes, he couldnt even shove him.”
