Since the inaugural Derby, the event has been held on the first Saturday of May. In anticipation of next year’s Kentucky Derby, the venue’s management is organizing a series of events just for its loyal patrons. Included in this are new items of clothing and other things set for release during next year’s Derby.

According to the report by the WLKY Digital Team, Churchill Downs would be offering a “Derby of a Lifetime” experience to the fans. Fans have the chance to win a variety of prizes relating to the 150th running of the prestigious horse race, including tickets to the Derby, hotel stays, transportation fees, and more. To be eligible, contestants must submit their entries by the end of January 2024 via the Kentucky Derby 150 website. New dining and lounging options will also be added to the remodeled paddock.
