To say that Sylvester Stallone has range, would not be hyperbolic. From creating the Rocky franchise to stealing the spotlight in the MCU’s latest addition, the 76-year-old Hollywood legend has starred in a plethora of critically acclaimed films. What sets him apart is his equally wide net of personal interests. Apart from being a boxing fanatic, the American actor also has a background in real estate and may use his 10,460-square-foot equestrian estate as a working ranch. The recent reduction in the value of the Italian Stallion’s equestrian estate, however, was a major setback.
Sylvester Stallone has relisted his Hidden Hills, California, mansion for $21,300,000. Stallone has lost a lump some amount because of this listing since the home was originally listed for much more.

The sum of $21,300,000 is obviously not insignificant. Since the actor had originally listed the home for $22,500,000, he had to take a loss of $1,200,000. The huge price decline occurred when Stallone’s house was taken off the market for three months. In February 2023, the actor and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, decided to pull it from the market list, since they had tried to sell their equestrian estate for $22,500,000 back in December 2022 with no success.

The 2.26-acre property is home to a Hamptons-style mansion complete with a pool and spa, an orchard, a pool house, and an ivy-covered loggia. The report by Architectural Digest mentioned that the property has been listed as “the ultimate in equestrian living,” as the property’s four-stall barn comes complete with a stable and tack room, and the riding arena, which is surrounded by towering, drought-resistant trees, is perfect for equestrian enthusiasts. When all the land is included, the total area is 10,460 square feet, making it a paradise for whoever claims the property.
A major blow-up in the past for Sylvester Stallone
In January 2021, the American actor put his Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for $110,000,000. The residence was decorated in a Mediterranean style. The estate did not sell, however, and by May 2021 had plummeted in price to $85,000,000. Sylvester Stallone’s real estate market took another hit in January 2022 when singer-songwriter Adele purchased his 18,587-square-foot mansion for just $58,000,000.

The Italian Stallion and his family sold their Beverly Hills house because they were relocating to Palm Beach, Florida. The huge home they purchased for $35,000,000 was the impetus for the relocation. Everything the American actor could want is included in their 13,200-square-foot Florida mansion, which also has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
