The athletes who are engaged with the NCAA scene have a bright future ahead of them. Why so? While they are still young, they will grow into professionals and be prepared to represent their country on the larger sports stage. However, it’s not their performance that consistently attracts attention, but rather their charisma and community popularity. This is why NIL deals have gained popularity, serving as a major source of financial stability for these young athletes from an early age. This is true in WWE as well.

The Name, Image, and Likeness present a diverse range of opportunities, and these financial transactions are not your average sponsorship deals. They can shape an athlete’s career and give them a big head start for their professional journey ahead. Furthermore, these deals have the potential to mend past fractured relationships, as evidenced by the recent resolution of a 20-year-old beef between two WWE legends.

Remember Scott Steiner and Triple H? Indeed, the names Scott Steiner and Triple H may evoke nostalgia among older WWE fans, as their raw strength and charisma on stage captivated many. But what’s WWE without a bit of salty conversation behind the scenes? Yes, Triple H and Scott Steiner had a rocky history not only in the ring but also backstage. While it served as excellent entertainment for the fans, the relationship between them deteriorated even after Steiner left WWE back in 2004.

Indeed, the feud between the two was still there. However, according to a recent clip from the Busted Open Podcast shared by Vick on X, the retired WWE star went candid about his relationship with Triple H, stating, “I left with a lot of hard feelings, you know what I mean? But, you know, at some point you got to let it be. You can’t be angry the whole time. You can’t hold a grudge. Plus the fact some people that you have a grudge against probably don’t even know, anyway. So, I didn’t want to screw up anything for him. So, I, you know, I just buried the hatchet, and, a matter of fact, uh, Hunter called me the other day, maybe like, uh, probably three weeks ago, and offered my boy, my boy an NIL deal.”

It is evident that his father has relinquished all past grudges against his rival in exchange for this deal. Steiner even admitted that he has changed, and he doesn’t want his past feuds to affect his son’s future. So when there’s an opportunity like this, he wants Brock to go for it. But what was their feud all about?

However, Steiner, known for his polarized opinions, immediately accused Triple H of exerting his influence backstage. Despite the rumors surrounding these allegations and the lack of concrete evidence, their relationship continued to deteriorate over time. Eventually, Steiner left WWE in 2004. But after that, he was very critical of the way WWE had favoritism towards Triple H. According to him, it gives other wrestlers less chance of showcasing themselves.
