The 17-year-old Bo Bassett has been a revelation in high school wrestling. Based out of Bishop McCort High School, Bassett has been going on a rampage over his opponents. And he is quite proud of his dominant prowess. Summing it up in words, the 17-year-old phenom stated, “When you wrestle Bishop McCort guys, it’s gonna be a sprint. You’re gonna have to go to really deep waters. That’s what we like, that’s how we train, and I feel like that’s how we live.” And it’s not just the big talks from Bo Bassett.
He started to blossom from a very early age. Bassett got his hands on his maiden state title back in 2015 when he was merely 7 years old. By the time it was 2022, Bassett was an eight-time state champion. Add to that his incredible record of being a 3x Super 32 winner, 3x Ironman Wrestling Tournament title, and a 3-time Powerade Wrestling Tournament.
And while these are surely some stupendous accomplishments, fans have urged him to leave high school wrestling immediately. According to them, Bassett is way powerful for his age group and must transition into the NCAA immediately.

Competing on FloWrestling Night, Bassett hit a phenomenal 360-degree spin move over his opponent to secure a tech.
