Time to rev up the Ferrari show! After serving a two-year hiatus in the wake of an accident, A.J. Ferrari is back with a bang on the mat and screen. Ferrari has been busy, and that’s good news. He is no longer the center of the controversies that shrouded his wrestling excellence. In a way, he is a wanted man, especially by brands for NIL partnerships, and he is making the most of it. Along similar lines, of late, Ferrari’s social media buzzed with a similar activity.
On 31st January, A.J. Ferrari posted a video on his Instagram to promote Nutrazone, a fitness and health supplement brand. In the video, he vouches for the authenticity of Nutrazone products as the ‘best of the best.’
He emphasized that he chose to sign with NutraZone to maintain a body like his. He captioned the post, “AJ Ferrari Mr. Fast⚡️Twitch “Nutrazone Supplements are the best quality and are free from being tainted and banned substances, and all products carried by Nutrazone I approve. For Wrestlers and Combat Sports Athletes specifically, all the supplements under my name in the Link in My Bio I take on a weekly basis.”

“On a personal level, I know both of the co-owners, Nick and Neil @neighborn1ck @neilashby, very well. They both live and operate the stores in Bakersfield📍, CA, and are old-school, hard-working, honest, and respectful men with great reputations.”

His followers, whom he urged to purchase from Nutrazone, will also be eligible for a 15% discount that can be availed with the code ‘mrfasttwitch.’
Not too long ago, Ferrari signed an NIL partnership with Toyota that led to him being the receiver of a five-figure valued car. In one of his Instagram posts, he was seen driving around in a Toyota Tacoma 2024 model with a background music score on full volume. The Toyota Tacoma is a middle-end multi-utility vehicle designed specifically for supporting heavy payloads, much like the man asserting the value of the vehicle with a recurring sign-out tagline that is delivered with a bang, ‘675-pound dead lift baby.’
Ferrari made his entrance to the mat in the 2025 NCWA National Duals rather regally, where he defeated SIUE at a score of 19-18 with a dramatic pin that stole the show. Since then, the NCAA has announced the first coaches rankings for the NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Championships. With each win, Ferrari continues to march ahead with the past buried and long gone behind him.

No more looking behind; A.J. Ferrari’s mojo is back!
In 2024, A.J. Ferrari returned to the mat after a 2-year break following a car crash in 2022 that hospitalized him. The recovery period put him out of the sport for a couple of months, as his recovery involved major surgeries. Multiple legal proceedings blemished his wrestling career that saw his exit from the Oklahoma Cowboys.
Ferrari was to sign with WWE through the NIL program while he was at Oklahoma State. His reputation, however, cost him his career and the opportunity. Despite the loss of a team, AJ contested at the Soldier Salute tournament as an individual participant, which didn’t do him any good. He was left with two losses to his name compared to his well-decorated history while playing for OSU.
Soon after his dismissal, speculations were rife that Ferrari was eyeing the Iowa Hawkeyes. It seemed like a viable option then since Ferrari’s brother was drafted to the Hawkeyes and committed to them. Despite presuming that he would find his ground with the Hawkeyes after an official visit to Iowa, nothing came to fruition.

Finally, word was out that he had been recruited to the Roadrunners wrestling program at CSU Bakersfield through the transfer portal. CSU Bakersfield came under harsh criticism and scrutiny for recruiting the wrestling champion. But Head Coach Luke Smith went against all odds for Ferrari and sought to bring out the best in him. You see, just like Ferrari, the Roadrunners were also running out of rope.
The Roadrunners were marred by losses and could not send even a single candidate to the NCAA 2024 Wrestling Championships, which resulted in flushing their 50-year legacy. They were as good as defunct until Ferrari happened. The fate of the Roadrunners started to look up since the 2025 NCWA duals; Luke Smith asserted that AJ Ferrari’s attempts to consistently be the best version of himself were a constant yet conscious effort to rein in his emotions and not let them get ahead of him.
AJ Ferrari remained unmoved by the negativity and hate he received. He persisted until he persevered with belief through his trials and tribulations. Things are looking up for the 23-year-old. The life lessons learned have given Ferrari a new lease. He is quite optimistic and a believer who has turned to religion for guidance. In a recent interview post his NCWA Duals win, Ferrari was quoted saying, “It feels special to be back and to compete. Especially when I am surrounded by people who are super supportive of me in all areas.”
