American wrestling powerhouse David Taylor has recently been involved in a lot of different domains. The 3x world champion has been coaching his students at the M2 Training Center and also enjoyed a mini-vacation with his family. Now, the 32-year-old has decided to come back to the gym to sharpen himself for the upcoming Olympics.

The Olympics stand just nine months away and all international athletes are pushing themselves hard to make themselves ready. A YouTube video announced that David Taylor is also on the same page and has resumed his training for the Olympics. In fact, the reigning Olympic champion is eager to defend his title in Paris.

David Taylor is known for his sheer commitment to wrestling and his dedication to always come out on top. He showed top form to qualify for his spot at the world championships by beating US Open gold medalist Aaron Brooks in Final X. This was followed by a dazzling win against eternal friendly rival, Hassan Yazdani to clinch his third world championship. Despite this, David Taylor is showing zero signs of lethargy or complacency and has restarted rigorous training.

The wrestler recently released a two-minute video on his YouTube showcasing a smooth and efficient training routine with his students. Taylor mentioned that he is currently working on himself as well as his students participating in the Super 32 Challenge.

The 3x world champ also jokingly mentioned his high caffeine intake at the moment to pull everything off. Interestingly, he also revealed his immediate objective for reaching the Olympics. In fact, David Taylor also mentioned how the gym really helps him train in a better and more effective way.

The secrets of the champion for the optimum boost

David Taylor revealed that his current objective isn’t the Olympics, but the upcoming Olympic trials in April. Thus, instead of a long haul of nine months, Taylor is actually looking forward to ace everything in six months. The 32-year-old also mentioned that his gym really helps him train better, as it isolates him from the outside world. Pulling as many strings at the time as Taylor, one is bound to need total isolation to perform their best. However, the world US legend is also having a good time and enjoying himself to not fall into a slump.

David Taylor has recently started paying more attention to his YouTube channel. In fact, he also started a new podcast by the name of “No Name Podcast”. The wrestling champ can be seen having a good time with his friend, Dan Twine at the podcast, helping him keep a clean head.
