Sportspersons and the entertainment industry often rub shoulders and shake hands with each other. Sportspersons often make cameo appearances in movies, or sometimes even play lead roles in them. Along similar lines, a celebrated American wrestling sensation recently posted an update on social media that teased a similar development in the future.

Jordan Burroughs is a six-time World Wrestling Champion and one of the most recognizable faces of American wrestling. The 35-year-old regularly posts updates on his Instagram page for his 914,000+ followers. A recent social media update made by him has everyone’s alarms blaring as he hinted towards a Disney project. Jordan Burroughs has a shining shelf of medals to show for his dazzling wrestling career. While many wrestlers struggle with weight transitions, Burroughs has won multiple gold medals in two different weight classes. The American wrestling powerhouse has dominated his opponents in both the 74kg and the 79kg category.

His latest Instagram story, however, plans to leave everyone behind in entertainment as well. Burroughs, who goes by “All I See is Gold” on Instagram, posted an animated image of himself in his story. The image also carried the logo of the entertainment industry giant, Disney on top of the art.

While it seemed like a regular piece of fan art, considering it wasn’t an original Disney creation, the caption Burroughs added to it said something else. Apparently, the 6x World Champion wrote “coming soon.”
