As one of the highest-ranked matchups of the season, the dual between the two is one of the anticipated ones, with fans being requested to bring the same energy yet again, this time by Cowboy’s star wrestler.

For their top-seed wrestler, Troy Spratley,  their home arena has proven to be a big success, with the energy showcased by the team credited to the enthusiasm and support received from the people in attendance cheering out and giving out a positive vibe.

“I think it just shows the energy that this team brings when we go out there and compete. Just look at all the people that are in there. You know, it’s awesome. We get to run out there, and fans are all over the place cheering for you.

Coming with an 11-1 record of the season, Troy states on the team carrying forward the same drive as before, posing out dominance on the court, achieving successful wins, and keeping up the good work. “Just stay a level ahead and keep working.”

For the OSU Cowboys and Spratley, the dual matches specifically have achieved great success with fans standing up in support at the Gallagher-Iba Arena. While the duals match comes into prominence, their head coach, David Taylor, has come forward, requesting fans to show their support on their next scheduled major duals against North Carolina.

David Taylor needs fans’ support

For David Taylor, the match against North Carolina needs backup from fans. Expected to be one of the highlight duals of the season, the Cowboys team is set to take over North Carolina State, who are coming off with a 6-0 record, while maintaining its dominance as before, as stated by their star wrestler Troy Spratley.

David Taylor has already witnessed some great duals this season. This matchup, however, carries a tough competition to perform against the North Carolina wrestlers. The matchup is coming out with a major highlight, giving out a big opportunity for both teams to perform and give out their best. “We just got to be ready to go. It’s another good opportunity to go out and compete against a really tough team and get a chance for the fans to come and support us.”

David Taylor also mentions the importance of fans coming in support of the Cowboys wrestlers. The head coach, however, expects to see the changes, with fans supporting not only its wrestlers but also coming out in support of their wrestling program as well.

“As we move forward, we need your support. Obviously, there’s a lot of excitement in our program, and the fans are integral to that. So hopefully, it’s an opportunity where they can come support our program as well”, says Taylor.

The much-awaited dual against the North Carolina State, however, will have fans eager in anticipation for an extra day due to the postponement of the match that was expected to happen today.
