Despite all the talks, Bassett hasn’t drifted away from his current goals. And what are they? He strives to excel during the high school season. Literally everyone in the wrestling scene has sometimes talked about Bo Bassett. He’s that popular! However, he never lets fame engulf him and keeps his ambitions up, as he knows he has a lot of potential in the sport, and with a proper college in the NCAA, he can prove to the world what he’s actually made of. But what about the competition in high school? Well, that’s the thing; there’s rarely anyone who could fully challenge him to a bout on the mat.

This particular domination has led him to secure a 100-0 in his high school career, after his Super 32, Powerade, and Ironman titles. However, there’s more, as he secured 62 Techs, 32 Falls, and 96/100 Bonus in the current season, as reported by Baschamania on Instagram. Achieving 100 wins without any loss is truly remarkable. Indeed, there are many skilled wrestlers in the high school wrestling scene, but Bassett has overcome all the challenges he faced and achieved this accomplishment. While it might not be in the form of any particular trophy or a medal, this is a statement that echoes his name in the community without any written or spoken words.

The #2 Bishop McCort was against the #4 Wyoming Seminary, and guess what happened? Bassett and his team were able to break the 719-day winning streak of their opponent by smashing them with a 37-17 victory. Ouch! Indeed, it was a fierce high school wrestling match, but there can only  one winner. And even though the team won, Bassett’s 100th victory gave the spotlight to him. In the 150 lbs division, he faced Wyatt Fry, and the Bishop McCort wrestler closed the match with a 21-5 technical fall in 2:52.
