The U.S. National Team member chose to celebrate his birthday on the mat with a resplendent performance behooving the first United World Wrestling’s Ranking Series event of the Olympic year. After sending Iran wrestling giant Hossein Abouzaripashakolaei packing with a decisive victory, Nolf chose to celebrate the occasion with a cake. He posted an Instagram snap yesterday from his hotel room, gorging on two big pieces of chocolaty decadence. Still sporting the NLWC logo on his comfortable sweatshirt, the wrestling champion looked content with his accomplishments as he indulged in the sweet treat.

Jason Nolf captioned the IG photo with a note of gratitude to all that mattered to him. “Praise God! Had a great day today competing for Team USA and NLWC”, was the best utterance he could come up with to express his admiration.
