In a heartwarming piece of news, a dog named ‘Toby’ and his master recently made headlines for being ardent fans of the Dodgers. Acknowledging their support, the MLB giants were sweet enough to invite the two of them to the Ballpark.
Toby’s video gets Dogers’ attention
Notably, a video of Toby watching a Dodgers game on the television went viral on TikTok. Winning hearts worldwide, the video soon caught the attention of the franchise.
Toby and his master became famous during the pandemic, sharing clips of them watching their favorite baseball team in action. The videos showed Toby enjoying several matches of Dodgers, turning into a faithful ‘fandog.’ Appreciating Toby’s support, the Dodgers were kind enough to send him a special gift.

“We watched this way too many times. Obsessed with Toby. We’d like to send you all a little gift. Can you please DM us?” commented Dodgers’ official page on their video.
However, while poor Toby remained patient and waited for a while, the package was never delivered. Hence, the Dodgers found a way to make it up to him.
Toby, a VIP for LA Dodgers
Currently, the Los Angeles Dodgers play their home games at Ballpark in the Elysian Park neighborhood. The stadium was opened 58 years ago in Los Angeles, California, and is home to a hugely loyal fanbase comprising more than 3 million fans.
As the gift package never made it to Toby, the franchise wanted to do something extra special for him. Hence, the LA Dodgers invited the two for an all-access experience at Dodger Stadium, Ballpark.
“Our package never made it to Toby, so we wanted to make it up to him with a VIP (Very Important Pup) experience at Dodger Stadium,” the team’s official page tweeted.
