The Wisconsin Badgers are going to Tampa! The Wisconsin Badgers are in the final four of the NCAA Volleyball tournament. They have now proceeded to their sixth National semifinal and their fourth time in the last five seasons.
On Saturday, in a thrilling battle, they bested the Oregon Ducks 3-1 in the UW Fieldhouse. Let’s look at how the Badgers burrowed their semi-final spot.

Soon after entering the NCAA volleyball turf, the Wisconsin Badgers started dominating the opponent team. With the help of coordinated plays and precisions, Wisconsin left Oregon struggling to mount a defense. In the first set of the riveting showdown, Wisconsin overpowered the No. 6 ranking Oregon in the last few remaining minutes. Although Oregon’s team tried their best to prevent Wisconsin from taking points, they could not do so. At last, the Wisconsin Badgers clinched the showdown with a remarkable 22-25 score.
As the match progressed, spectators couldn’t take their eyes off the spectacle that unfolded in front of them. Despite tough competition from Oregon, the Wisconsin Badgers managed to secure a win in the following set by 22-25. The major spectacle was to watch Oregon’s team coming back on turf in the third 27-25 set.
Eventually, the moment of triumph came when Wisconsin’s team scored 25-16 in today’s thunderous showdown while marking the official entry to the top 4 of the NCAA Tournament.
