In his career as Nebraska Huskers head coach, John Cook will create an undeniable streak of 20 years next year, adding transfers to the team’s roster. The major reason behind this is that the coach believes in building an impactful team through a portal. In an exclusive interview with si.com, John Cooks commented, “I like what we’re doing,...I like recruiting kids and trying to make them be great.”

Unlike eliminated teams, Nebraska Husker players did not jump directly into the transfer portal after the conclusion of the National Championship.
