Georgia Tech recovers early loss to take it

It was the Gators who took the lead initially, securing the first set 25-22. Georgia Tech bounced back hard to take the second set 30-28. The third set again saw them dominating as they etched their name with 25-21. As the match appeared to slip off the hands of the Gators, they rose to prominence once again and leveled the match by taking the fourth set 25-18. However, they could not capitalize on that and Georgia Tech took the match away in the decisive last set 16-14.
One example of the hard-fought match reflected in the performances of the players of the teams. Kennedy Martin of Florida and Tamara Otene of Georgia Tech helped their respective sides with an equal number of 21 kills. Liv Mogridge of Georgia Tech came up with a smashing hitting percentage of 0.538. Riding on these, they finally won the challenge. It remains to be seen they can maintain their performance in the upcoming matches.
